School Uniform and Order Form
A uniform t-shirt is required for all students at Wahiawa Middle School Monday - Thursday and all field Trips. Each Friday is a free dress day within the guidelines and rules outlined in the student handbook. You can use the ordering form below to pre-order t-shirts or pick them up in the front office.
